I was born in Belleville, Essex County but spent my formidable years with my grandparents
in Teaneck, Bergen County. I am the oldest of six siblings, "blessed" with five younger brothers. Have you ever
heard the saying? "Every thing in life has a purpose". I know that God's master plan was to prepare me for my
career as a Real Estate Manager and Broker! I have to admit that today it is great; our rolls have reversed and
the "boys" are always looking out for me! My daughter Jennie is now thirty-three, married to Dwight, my son-in-law
and just recently they have blessed me with my grand-daughter Sarah Rose, hence the name of my Corporation.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Teaching from Montclair State College and studied Business
Management at Ocean County College and Stockton State College. I started my Real Estate Career with a builder in
a new residential housing development in Barnegat back in 1977. Over the span of thirty years my career has evolved
into many of the different facets of the Real Estate Industry. It was in 1980 that I joined the CENTURY 21® System.
I was a successful, full-time agent listing and selling residential and commercial Real Estate in Ocean County. I
always have believed in continued education and have taken advantage of the training offered through the CENTURY 21®
System. Residential, commercial, relocation, management and brokerage courses are available to members of the system.
In 1983 I completed the requirements of the NJREC and attained my Broker's License. I put it to use in 1986 when I became
the Broker/Manager of the CENTURY 21® branch office in Barnegat. I continued in my management career for twenty years until
February of 2006 when I was granted my very own CENTURY 21 Franchise. Once again the values and benefits of the CENTURY 21®
System came to my aid.
In early 2010 I was presented with a unique and exciting business proposal! Was I interested in merging
with the largest COLDWELL BANKER Brokerage in Ocean County - COLDWELL BANKER Riviera Realty! Some quick research into the
background of the company and the services provided by COLDWELL BANKER pointed out to me that this proposal was indeed the
business opportunity of a LIFETIME! On April 21st the announcement was made at a special breakfast meeting. Within hours
the GREAT news was posted on FaceBook!
The past few months have been a whirlwind, both challenging and rewarding. My sales team and I are now
an integral part of COLDWELL BANKER Riviera Realty with a total sales force of 200+ and we are now stronger and better than
ever! We continue to maintain our Bayville location in the Super Foodtown Plaza on Route 9.
Our office is professional and fully equiped to aide our associates in their success and still a
comfortable atmosphere for our clients. Stop in anytime; there is always a fresh pot of coffee!
